Our retreat house is a beautiful 5 bedroom private home just one block from the ocean in historic Cape May, New Jersey.  

Join us in beautiful and historic Cape May, New Jersey for a women’s weekend of light, yoga and self care. Arrive on Friday evening and enjoy a welcome reception with light refreshments as we get to know eachother. We then invite the light in with a Circle of Light and group guided meditation to set the tone for the weekend. Here is where we begin the work. After a restful night, we start our day with meditation and yoga followed by a bountiful breakfast prepared by our in house chef, Crystal.  After our meal, enjoy the afternoon exploring this quaint historic town or take a walk on the beach and have a cup of tea on the porch but be sure to be back in time for a soft and restorative afternoon yoga class. Later on, join us for dinner, wine pairing and some more group games and activities as the night unfolds. 

Wake up Sunday for guided meditation, yoga and another scrumptious breakfast followed by a walk on the beach for us all before hitting the road to head back to reality. You will leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and more purposeful than ever.

$100 non-refundable deposit due by January 5, 2019

Payment due in full by March 15, 2019. 

Refund minus deposit available if cancellation notice received prior to midnight on March 30, 2019

Enlightenment Circle -7pm Sundays (bi-weekly)

Lets ascend together! Connect to the Divine in you and awaken to your true self. Share & explore this Journey to Enlightenment utilizing different modalities to connect to the Divine In you. Awaken your truest most authentic self & you will find your personal path & route to happiness. Open your heart ❤️ & mind, & begin to expand your consciousness with a group of like minded individuals in a space bathed in white light & filled with spiritual energies. This group will meet the second Sunday of every month.

Reiki Share Circles - 8pm Tuesdays (bi-weekly)

Join us for our bi-weekly Reiki Share Circle led by the talented Alexandria Valentino. This Circle is open to certified practitioners and all who are seeking energy healing. Relax, unwind and enjoy a peaceful guided meditation while each participant receives personal Reiki healing, followed by a brief knowledge share with like minded individuals. This will be a beautiful opportunity for us to grow and begin to heal as a community! Check Schedule for dates. Exchange $10


Monday Night Community Meditation 7pm

Join us for Monday Night Community Meditation, this powerful life skill is practiced among like minded individuals in a safe, serene, spiritual setting. Annie will take you on an introspective journey where guided imagery leads you to the clues that unlock path and purpose. Whether you’re setting life goals, manifesting your highest vision, or seeking your most authentic self, this meditative journey will help you connect to your deepest desires and highest truth.

Seeker's Flow - 7pm Sundays (bi-weekly)

You will find this combination gentle yoga and guided meditation class is restorative and enlightening. We begin with breath work to get centered and then take it slow and low combining soft stretching postures with breath and focus to bring you to a shimmery instrospective state of relaxation. You are then led on a journey of personal exploration thru a narrative of guided imagery designed to lead you to your most authentic self.
