Vinyasa Flow -Beginner/Level 1

 If you are new to yoga and want to learn the basics, cultivate strength, flexibility and balance, in a safe, accessible class--this is where to start.
If you have been practicing for years, and want a class that focuses on the fundamental postures at a slower pace--this is your class.
Level 1 is a foundational class designed to teach the practice of yoga from the ground up, AND be a class you can do for the rest of your life. In this class, you will learn the basic postures of the sun salutations while concentrating on alignment and breath. This is a slower yet more challenging practice is perfect for beginner or anyone returning to practice after an injury or hiatus.

Yin - A Seekers Flow

 Join us for this beautifully crafted candelit combination class focusing on softly connecting each  posture with breath to bring you to a shimmery instrospective state of relaxation. Enjoy an extended svasana where guided imagery leads you on journey of personal exploration of self to unearth purpose and path. All levels welcome.   

Vinyasa Flow - All Levels

 

Our Vinyasa All Levels classes unfold in the moment and are truly responsive to what is going on in the room. Yet, they are informed by specific work—a chosen posture, thematic element or peak vinyasa.The effect is one of spontaneity, freedom and joy coupled with choices that build and support one another.Our style of vinyasa meets you where you are, as each person in the room affects the pace of class, postures selected and cues offered.We believe vinyasa needs to be challenging so that you can do your work and face what is there. At the same time it should be accessible and never overwhelming, so that you have the opportunity to engage and reveal the true intent of yoga—to know yourself.

You will be moved, cared for and loved.

Rise Up

 

Sunrise is a "divine" time when your spiritual energy is at it's peak. Rise with the sun, set your intention and begin  your day with increased flexibility, strength, mental clarity and overall energy with this awakening vinyasa flow. Make it count!

Tone Up

 Tone Up combines the stretching and lengthening benefits of yoga with the strengthening and toning benefits of pilates and light weight training. This unique upbeat class will leave you feeling stronger, more confident, and ready to face the challenges of the outside world.  

Hatha

A steady practice with focus on proper alignment and holding of poses to engage,  building strength, stamina, flexibility and balance as well as improving concentration and breath control. Introducing twists, some backbends, approachable inversions and the usage of props (blocks, straps), this class is suitable for, and potentially challenging for ALL LEVELS as it can be taken as easily or deeply as one's body demands on a given day.
